Join me for Coco Beach Yoga every Tuesday morning at 9am for a slow, nourishing Hatha practice designed to help you move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in a supportive, welcoming space.
This class is offered at a calm, intentional pace and is perfect for all levels, including beginners. We focus on mindful movement, steady breath, and simple postures that build strength, increase flexibility, and support overall joint health—while also calming the nervous system and reducing stress.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this beachside practice invites you to slow down, feel grounded, and start your day feeling balanced and refreshed.
